Terraced houses, as imagine is the most popular type of property in the market and for conversions are of most common. At any one time we are likely to be working on 50 in London at once. Our projects pages will give you an idea of the options available for terraced houses.

Often these houses are more compact with lower ceilings, well built and are simple for us to convert. Generally people opt for one bedroom and a bathroom, but we can also give you some options to enable you to have two bedrooms and also a large shower room.

The most popular extension type here is the Dormer, where we remove the rear roof and construct a full width dormer extension. We will then add windows and if requested doors and a balcony.
