Semi-Detached

As a semi detached home there are many options available to you for a loft conversion. Single Dormer and window Dormers are an obvious choice for homeowners and are they most well-known conversion on the market. However depending on the size of your loft this may not provide you with the space in your loft that you may want. So Hip to Gable may provide you with a better option

The photos show how we can achieve this. We can extend the ridge of the roof to the end and building line and build in the front roof by extending it across to form a gable end up to the side of the house, this provides a larger amount of space that a standard conversion.

The rear roof is removed to form a dormer; this dormer as well as windows for lighting and views, can also accommodate large French doors and even a Juliette balcony. The increased space means that you will likely have the additional option of having a least 2 rooms with a bathroom.
