End of Terrace
Some end-of-terrace conversions are the same as if houses were mid-terrace, some are gable ended and some have the sloping hip end. Below you will see the options available to you. The end of terrace conversion currently permits has 40 cubic meters for development, which is the same as a mid terrace.
The difference to note is that some have the sloping hip end roof and a small loft space. It is therefore likely that this means the space will need to be extended further to gain the space required for a livable loft space. If you have already calculated your potential spaces as ‘too small’ for your planned purposes, please get in contact with us as we are able to the roof and even lower the ceilings if needed to get the space you need.
